2742 – 2732 Golf Lake Drive | Western End | Sheet 4
  • Install Type III silt fence along north side (lakeside) per FDOT Index 102
  • Install tree protection fencing around trees to remain (typical throughout)
  • Excavate and regrade swale to proposed finished grade — 2.9% slope from west, transitioning to 3.6% approaching DBI #1
  • Sawcut weir on east and west sides of DBI #1 basin to elevation 116.25' (per Sheet 8 detail)
  • Apply 3/8" Quikrete mix to ALL sawcut surfaces on DBI #1
  • Install 60 LF of 6" perforated underdrain (No. 4 coarse stone / No. 57 stone, non-woven filter fabric envelope)
  • Install cleanout at underdrain terminus
  • Install 6"x6"x12" PVC reducing tee at INV: 114.00 (ties into existing 18"D RCP at INV: 113.71')
  • Adjust all yard drains to match proposed finished grade
  • Remove trees/bushes as noted on plans
  • Re-sod swale with St. Augustine sod including 2' top of bank
DBI #1: RIM: 117.58' | NE INV: 113.71' (18" RCP) | Weir sawcut to 116.25'
Grade: Drops from ~121' (west) to ~118' at DBI #1

Area 2 MOST COMPLEX

2732 – 2722 Golf Lake Drive | Central Section | Sheet 5
  • Install Type III silt fence on north (lakeside) edge
  • Install 30 LF underdrain west of DBI #2 + 50 LF east of DBI #2 + 40 LF toward DBI #3
  • Install cleanouts at each underdrain run terminus (3 total in this area)
  • Install 6"x4"x3" PVC reducing tee connections
  • Remove 15" brush in swale between the two DBIs
  • Sawcut weir on east and west sides of DBI #2 to elevation 116.40' (per Sheet 8 detail)
  • Apply 3/8" coating to all sawcut surfaces on DBI #2
  • Remove existing 12" HDPE pipe and plug opening in existing inlet (near DBI #3)
  • Remove 8" palm tree as noted
  • Remove existing catch basin near DBI #3 — RESTORE PAVEMENT per Sheet 8 concrete detail
  • Install concrete drainage flume (1 EA bid item) — end of flume at ELEV ~118.00'
  • Install tree protection fencing (typical)
  • Regrade swale — 2.5% slope through center, 2.0% slope approaching DBI #3
  • Adjust all yard drains to proposed grade
  • Re-sod swale with St. Augustine + 2' top of bank
DBI #2: RIM HM: 117.73' | NW INV: 111.93' (34" RCP) | SE: 111.99' (34" RCP) | SW: 113.00' (18" RCP) | NE: 115.67' (12" HDPE) | Weir sawcut to 116.40'
DBI #3: HM: 118.24' | SW INV: 116.93' (12" HDPE)

Area 3 MODERATE

2724 – 2720 Golf Lake Drive | East-Central | Sheet 6
  • Install 40 LF of 6" perforated underdrain + cleanout
  • Remove 12" HDPE under driveway near 2724
  • Remove 12" HDPE and plug opening in inlet
  • Remove existing catch basin — RESTORE PAVEMENT (crushed aggregate backfill, 4" Class 1 concrete, No. 4 rebar @18" O.C., high-strength doweling epoxy, 1/2" expansion joints, match existing driveway ~118.33')
  • Install concrete flume — end of flume ELEV 118.00', flowing at 2.0% slope
  • Regrade around existing yard drain near 2720 to CREATE POSITIVE FLOW (TOP: 118.48')
  • Raise yard drain top to 118.72'
  • Tie into existing 119' elevation at eastern boundary
  • Install tree protection fencing. Re-sod swale with St. Augustine + 2' top of bank
DBI #4: SW INV: 116.93' (12" HDPE)
Profile: 2.0% slope west to east. Flume connects to proposed finished grade

Area 4 SIMPLEST

2716 – 2710 Golf Lake Drive | Eastern End | Sheet 7
  • Install Type III silt fence on north (lakeside) edge
  • Remove 13" pine tree as noted
  • Raise tops of all yard drains to match proposed grade (5 inlets: 119.00', 118.37', 118.91', 117.82', 117.45')
  • Regrade swale to proposed finished grade at 1.9% slope (gentlest of all areas)
